In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in our success by:
Working alongside the Buying and Trading teams to ensure we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
Partnering with your Merchandiser to manage the financial performance of your assigned department, from initial planning to the final sale.
Driving sales and profit growth by monitoring performance, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective mark-down strategies.
Developing and executing range plans that meet sales and profit targets, analysing market trends, and presenting to senior management.
Optimising stock allocation and maximising sales density by creating a clear range plan and managing inventory throughout its lifecycle.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient deliveries.
Leading and supporting the Trade Administrator by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering effective communication.
