The Opportunity

Are you a data-driven strategist who thrives at the intersection of technology and commerce? Robert Dyas is looking for an Online Pricing Manager to drive our digital pricing evolution.

In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of our eCommerce pricing strategy. You will take ownership of the Competera Pricing Tool, leveraging AI-driven insights to ensure we remain the most competitive destination for our customers while protecting and enhancing our profit margins. This isn’t just about changing numbers; it’s about defining how we trade in a fast-moving digital marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Strategy: Lead the end-to-end eCommerce pricing strategy to balance market competitiveness with sustainable business growth.

  • Master the Tech: Act as the lead expert for the Competera Pricing Tool, optimizing its algorithms and automation capabilities to ensure our pricing is agile and accurate.

  • Commercial Partnership: Collaborate closely with Buying Teams to translate category goals into effective pricing tactics, ensuring our "on-shelf" strategy reflects our digital ambitions.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyse our competitor set, identifying trends and opportunities to pivot our strategy in real-time.

  • Margin Management: Use price elasticity modeling to identify opportunities for margin improvement without compromising our value proposition.

  • Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders on how pricing initiatives are impacting the bottom line.

Who You Are

  • The Expert: You have a proven track record in eCommerce pricing, commercial analysis, or revenue management.

  • The Power User: You have experience with Competera (or similar dynamic pricing platforms) and know how to get the best out of automated pricing software.

  • The Collaborator: You can navigate a complex retail environment, building strong relationships with Buyers to align on commercial objectives.

  • The Analyst: You have an analytical mindset, capable of distilling complex data sets into simple, winning strategies.

  • The Retailer: You understand the "Home & Garden" market and what drives a customer to click "buy."
