Performance Marketing Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the Robert Dyas Ecommerce team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will take ownership of a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget, driving growth and profitability for Robert Dyas, Ryman, and the London Graphic Centre.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting channels to deliver against ROI and growth targets.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Retail Sector Experience: A proven background in the retail industry, with hands-on experience selling physical products (rather than services).
Google Ads Expertise: At least 3+ years of experience in optimising paid marketing campaigns, with deep, technical expertise in Google Ads.
Results-Driven Mindset: A strong track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets and an ability to adapt strategies based on performance analytics.
Analytical Rigour: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and managing product feeds to maximise visibility and click-through rates.
Collaboration: A proactive approach to working with trading teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align paid media activity with business priorities.
